We will start with some lower speed drills, and increase the pace until we are practicing at actual real-world speeds. By learning how to push yourself and your motorcycle closer to the limits, you can ride with more confidence on the road, and be ready to react properly in emergency situations.

Topics will include:

  • Low-speed balance
  • Clutch/throttle control
  • Counterbalancing
  • Counter steering
  • Braking
  • Swerving
  • Late apex turns
  • And stopping from highway speeds
  • After all of that, we will do a parade lap around the circuit and see the value of the training in real-world situations.

To enroll in the course you must have a motorcycle license, full-face helmet, boots, gloves, and proper riding pants/jacket. A limited amount of motorcycles are available for use at an additional $200, but it is highly recommended that you bring your own bike. Motorcycles need good tires and brakes, and must not have any leaks, or go over the 95dB sound limit at the track.

Course benefits:

  • Smaller class sizes
  • Greater ride time
